Image Prices

Every photo on my website is available for $20 each. If you would like to purchase an image, please contact us here and we'll send bank details to you. Once payment has been made a digital copy will be emailed to you. If you'd like a framed image, please contact us and discuss your requirements and we'll provide a quote including postage.  

Refund and Returns Policy for Downloaded Digital Photographs and Prints

Thank you for choosing Ava Bagnall Photography. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality digital photographs. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your digital download purchase, we have outlined our refund and returns policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Refunds and returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1.2. To be eligible for a refund or return, you must:
  - Notify us of your request within 3 of the purchase date.   

   - Provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.   

   - Not have downloaded or used the digital photograph(s).

2. Refund Process
2.1. If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, we will issue a refund in the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.2. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Return Process
3.1. Due to the nature of digital downloads, there is no need to physically return the item(s). We rely on your integrity not to use or distribute the digital photograph(s) if you have requested a refund.

4. Processing
4.1. We will process your refund within [X business days] of verifying your eligibility and will notify you via email once the refund is processed.
